Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assurance Strategic Program Senior Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives within the Assurance PMO. You will turn strategic priorities into integrated roadmaps, drive execution, and realize value across multiple workstreams.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to govern governance, ensure adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes while mentoring project managers and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience managing projects, programs, transformation initiatives, PMO activities, or professional services work.
• Experience operating at a senior project manager level with responsibility for guiding teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving execution across multiple priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and leadership updates.
• PM/Change management certifications are preferred (PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, Agile).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned Assurance strategic programs from planning through execution, adoption, and value realization.
• Translate strategic priorities into integrated program structures, roadmaps, milestones, and success measures.
• Prepare leadership-ready materials, updates, and dashboards for governance forums.
• Mentor PMO resources and drive adoption of standard project management practices.
• Facilitate governance cadences, planning sessions, and decision forums to advance initiatives.
