BDO USA is seeking an Experienced Senior Associate in Management Consulting to support client engagements across multiple service lines, focusing on communication, culture, change management, and organizational transformation. The role requires collaboration with engagement teams and delivering high-quality deliverables on schedule.

The position involves conducting assessments, drafting implementation plans, and supporting back-office transformations, M&A integration, and strategy execution.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in management or business strategy consulting.
• Experience in change management programs.
• Experience with M&A integration and business transformation.
• Proven ability to apply structured methodologies.
• CCMP or Prosci certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses communication, training, and culture change needs for clients and supports implementation plans.
• Completes assigned tasks per the project schedule.
• Conducts interviews and data analysis of client data.
• Coordinates and efficiently manages documentation, notes, and data.
• Prepares and delivers materials to the project team and clients as appropriate.
• Creates high-quality deliverables aligned with firm standards.
• Supports team collaboration to enhance presentation materials for clients.
• Updates project metrics and reminds the team of deadlines.
• Supports and produces deliverables such as graphics, notes, and reports.
• Applies concepts like organizational hierarchy, strategy execution, data management, and ROI.
