Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Management Consulting Director to plan, manage, and lead a team across ERP integration, IT strategy, and business transformation. You will drive engagement strategy, budgets, and client satisfaction while developing new business and guiding staff.

The role requires a strong track record in management consulting, executive communication, and strategic oversight, with travel as needed across client sites in the U.S. and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of management consulting experience in related services.
• Experience in IT strategy, ERP integration, and digital transformations.
• Certifications such as PMP, CPA, ITIL, ISO 27001, HITRUST CCSF or TOGAF are preferred.

• Drives professional, exceptional client service and oversees engagement strategy.
• Manages engagement budgets and realization; ensures quality control.
• Leads business development and proposal efforts; expands services offerings.
