Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies for business process, technology, and organizational transformations.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to inform engagement plans.
• Create and implement change readiness assessments and action plans.
• Develop and deliver communications strategies and materials to promote adoption of changes.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, and feedback sessions.
• Develop training materials to support workforce transition and sustainment.
• Monitor adoption metrics and readiness indicators, providing recommendations for course corrections.
