Guidehouse Health is seeking a Change Management Communications Consultant to help transform care delivery, technology, and operations through large-scale modernization initiatives. You will translate complex transformations into audience-centered communications that build readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic communications or change management.
• Experience supporting modernization or large-scale programs.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear communications for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing executive communications and advising leadership on strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change communication strategies for large-scale modernization and technology implementation.
• Design messaging that increases awareness, readiness, and user adoption.
• Assess stakeholder impacts and tailor messaging to audiences with varying technical knowledge.
• Partner with change management, training, technical, and business teams to align communications with milestones.
• Create executive materials, including leadership messages, briefings, and stakeholder engagement content.
• Produce newsletters, readiness materials, FAQs, intranet content, videos, toolkits, and adoption campaigns.
