Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen due to client engagements.
• Three to five years of experience in change management, communications, or workforce readiness.
• Experience developing communications products and supporting stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management, communications, and workforce readiness activities for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and organizational impact evaluations.
• Develop communication materials, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, training content, and engagement resources.
• Coordinate readiness activities, stakeholder outreach, workshops, and employee engagement events.
• Track readiness metrics, stakeholder feedback, and adoption indicators.
• Maintain change management documentation, action plans, and reporting artifacts.
• Support governance meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Assist with training planning, train-the-trainer activities, and workforce enablement efforts.
