Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a skilled Change Management professional to develop and execute OCM strategies that enable successful adoption of business transformations. You will conduct stakeholder analyses, create readiness assessments, and deliver communications and training to support workforce transition.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, experience in leading engagement activities, and the ability to work in a client-facing environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five to seven years in organizational change management or related initiatives.
• Experience conducting stakeholder analyses, change impact and readiness assessments.
• Experience developing and executing strategic communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of executive-level briefings.
• Ability to travel and work in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies supporting adoption of business process and technology changes.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify impacted groups and engagement needs.
• Perform change impact and readiness assessments across people, processes, and roles.
• Develop readiness assessments and action plans for stakeholder transition.
• Create and execute communications strategies, plans and materials for change initiatives.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, and briefings.
• Develop training and user adoption materials to support workforce transition.
• Monitor adoption metrics and readiness indicators, recommending course corrections.
• Collaborate with program leadership and technical teams to integrate change activities into projects.
• Support executives and change champions with strategic messaging and engagement plans.
