Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications Senior Consultant to take an active role in engagement execution for change management. This includes stakeholder management and developing materials around change readiness assessments, communications analysis, communications planning, and the execution of change management and communications collateral.

OCM Senior Consultants help our clients transform their business processes and promote user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years change management experience with 3 years in a lead capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels; MS PowerPoint customization.
• Ability to work in a team and prioritize resources and time.
• Experience implementing technology systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, etc).
• Experience creating collateral through a human-centered design lens.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of engagement activities and completion of deliverables.
• Lead tasks or work streams within a client engagement; oversee junior staff.
• Guide conversations to achieve effective outcomes and develop change strategies.
• Create stakeholder engagement content and communications; tangible benefits.
• Track and report status of change programs; monitor risks and metrics.
• Contribute to development of change management methodologies and tools.
