Gritter Francona is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support strategy and planning for senior management to align IT initiatives with strategic goals and business needs. You will develop strategic plans, translate strategy into measurable objectives and dashboards, and provide leadership with timely, reliable insights through executive reports and decision-support materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Previous VA or VHA experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align IT initiatives with VHA strategy and business needs.
• Translate organizational strategy into measurable objectives, KPIs, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor progress against priorities and outcomes.
• Conduct analysis of operational, financial, project, and workforce data to identify trends and risks.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to provide leadership with timely insights.
• Create executive dashboards, briefs, and decision-support materials for senior leadership.
• Establish data-driven reviews with leadership to assess progress and actions.
• Develop leading and lagging indicators to monitor performance and risks.
• Forecast, perform scenario analysis, and assess resource requirements and impacts.
• Evaluate initiatives and IT investments for alignment and value.
