Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to drive organizational change initiatives for IT transformation programs across the enterprise. You will design and implement strategies to ensure adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working while engaging stakeholders at all levels.

You will lead communication plans, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with HR, leadership, and project teams to measure adoption and continuously improve change approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in change management and communications roles.
• Experience supporting IT transformation or digital initiatives.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for IT transformation projects.
• Design and deliver communication plans that inform, engage, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with project teams, business leaders, and HR to assess change impacts and readiness and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to build change capability and drive adoption.
• Monitor and measure change progress, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness; adjust plans as needed.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on change management best practices, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and manage feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement in change and communication approaches.
• Develop and maintain change management and communication toolkits, templates, and resources.
• Support the development of a change network or champions across the organization.
