Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a Manager, Organizational Change Management to lead the people-side adoption within the Strategy & Transformation Office. You will design and operate a repeatable OCM methodology, ensuring change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training drive successful adoption of major initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required, preferably in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in organizational change management, business transformation, organizational development, communications, training, or related transformation roles.
• Experience leading change management for enterprise technology, process, operating model, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience coaching executives, sponsors, people managers, and project teams through complex organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintain the enterprise change management methodology, standards, templates, and artifacts used across major initiatives.
• Establishes consistent expectations for change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, sponsor alignment, readiness planning, communication, training, adoption measurement, and reinforcement.
• Builds OCM capability across project teams, business leaders, people managers, and change practitioners through coaching, tools, and repeatable practices.
• Partners with portfolio, architecture, delivery, business, HR, and communications leaders to identify the operational and people impacts of each major initiative.
• Develops change strategies and plans that support adoption of new processes, systems, roles, policies, organizational structures, and ways of working.
• Ensures initiatives entering governance and delivery have clear change risks, stakeholder impacts, readiness needs, communication plans, training plans, and adoption success measures.
• Creates stakeholder maps, engagement plans, sponsor roadmaps, communication plans, training strategies, and readiness assessments for enterprise initiatives.
• Coaches executives, sponsors, people managers, and project leaders on their roles in leading change and supporting impacted teams through transition.
• Coordinates with HR, Internal Communications, Training, business leaders, and delivery teams to align messaging, learning, timing, and reinforcement activities.
• Defines adoption, readiness, utilization, proficiency, sentiment, and reinforcement metrics for major initiatives.
• Monitors change progress and identifies adoption risks, resistance patterns, training gaps, and reinforcement needs.
• Reports change readiness and adoption health into STO governance forums so adoption outcomes are reviewed alongside delivery, portfolio, and architecture metrics.
• Plans and manages OCM capacity, work intake, prioritization, and resource assignment across the transformation portfolio.
• Maintains OCM artifacts, playbooks, lessons learned, and reusable assets to improve consistency and speed across initiatives.
• Identifies opportunities to improve change governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption measurement practices.
