Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an OCM Lead to ensure change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget. You will focus on the people side of change, drive adoption, and coach leaders to fulfill sponsor roles. You will integrate change activities into project plans and support teams across the organization.

You will collaborate with executives, managers, and external partners to build support, create training plans, and monitor risks and outcomes. This role is based in Boston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in Change Manager/Transformation roles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change management plans for digital initiatives.
• Define change strategy with leaders and stakeholders.
• Align with transformation teams on deliverables.
• Conduct gap analyses, process maps, and impact assessments.
• Develop OKRs to measure analysis effectiveness and report results.
