Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Edison, NJ, seeks a Managing Consultant for Organizational Change Management (OCM) within Enterprise Solutions to lead end-to-end transformation programs, drive adoption, and align stakeholders.

You will partner with CXOs and project teams to design change strategies, measure outcomes, and sustain value realization across ERP, cloud, and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting and Organizational Change Management experience in large-scale transformation environments.
• Extensive experience leading ERP, digital, and cloud transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs as a Change Partner, OCM Consultant or OCM Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management engagements for global transformation programs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies that drive measurable business value and adoption outcomes.
• Engage executive sponsors and manage CXO, senior leadership relationships throughout program delivery.
• Coach leaders and sponsors on change leadership responsibilities and adoption expectations.
