Job summary

University System of Maryland Office is seeking a Change Management Lead to guide organizational change across the Advancement Consortium's Technology Modernization Program, implementing Salesforce CRM across eleven institutions. You will drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user readiness to ensure smooth transition from legacy CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; experience substitution allowed for up to four years.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in organizational change management or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations (CRM/ERP) or similar systems.
• Experience developing and executing communication, training, and user adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leads change management, adoption, and readiness strategies within the Salesforce Center of Excellence aligned to program milestones.
• Drives adoption across participating institutions with stakeholder engagement, communications, and user readiness plans.
• Performs impact and readiness assessments, identifies adoption risks, and implements mitigation strategies.
• Partners with CRM Project Director and campus stakeholders to align change activities with milestones, releases, and go-live events.
• Defines and reports adoption, engagement, readiness, and satisfaction metrics to governance.
