Job summary

West Fraser in Cordova, TN is seeking a Senior Change Manager to partner with project leaders and operational teams, turning project impacts into practical actions and coordinating readiness across ERP, digital workplace modernization, ServiceNow, cybersecurity, and AI adoption.

You will lead change management across multiple projects, align priorities, mitigate risks, and develop enterprise change methodologies, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management or related discipline.
Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise applications.
Experience in manufacturing, forestry, industrial, or multi-site operating environments is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

As Senior Change Manager, you will lead change management and operational readiness across multiple projects.
Develop strategies, governance, and templates for enterprise Organizational Change Management.
Coordinate readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, and communications for technology and business transformations
