GAF Materials Corp. is seeking a Sr. Director of Organizational Change Management to own and execute the enterprise change management strategy during the Skyline and ERP transformation.

You will drive user adoption, minimize disruption, and build GAF's internal change capabilities across geographies and functions. The role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and requires leading cross‑functional teams, aligning culture during a major acquisition/merger, and delivering measurable change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 15+ years proven experience in change management, with a focus on ERP.
• Proven track record of leading change for large‑scale transformation processes driving business results in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Travel requirements: minimum 25%.
• Location: Parsippany, NJ corporate headquarters with in‑office presence Mon through Thu, optional remote on Friday.

• Manage budget and internal/external resources for change communication.
