Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 7-12+ years ERP experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Deep experience with IFS ERP.
• Experience managing ERP vendors and partners.
• Experience applying AI to project management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP roadmap, governance, and upgrade prioritization.
• Translate business needs into ERP capabilities.
• Define ERP configuration standards and governance.
• Drive data governance and master data management.
• Lead data migration, integration, testing, and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Projects, and Supply Chain leaders.
