Job summary

TransTech in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & ERP Transformation to own the ERP roadmap and lead multi-wave implementation across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

You will manage the ERP program end-to-end, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to drive standardization while enabling growth through data governance and scalable architecture. Hands-on ERP configuration and problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 7–12+ years of ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Successful leading several full-cycle ERP implementations.
• Deep experience with IFS ERP.
• Strong manufacturing and/or services ERP background with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience managing ERP vendors and implementation partners.
• Experience in applying AI for project management workflows, as well as within an ERP implementation.
• Hands-on ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP data structures, databases, integrations, APIs, and data quality practices.
• Background in enterprise system and data lake integrations (e.g., Microsoft Fabric).
• Proven project leadership, change management, and ERP adoption experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP roadmap, governance, and prioritization of enhancements across ERP platform.
• Translate business needs into ERP capabilities and improvements.
• Define and enforce ERP configuration standards and usage governance.
• Drive master data governance across entities (customers, vendors, items).
• Establish role-based security and segregation-of-duties controls.
• Drive fit-to-standard adoption and manage customization decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting consistency, and scalable growth of ERP.
• Lead initiatives applying AI and automation in ERP projects and workflows.
