Job summary

West Fraser is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator & Team Supervisor to provide technical leadership and governance for the ServiceNow platform. The role oversees ITSM/ITOM/CMDB modules and leads a team of developers and analysts in Memphis-area operations.

You will drive platform health, governance, and continuous improvement, working with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT processes with business needs. On-site, 5-days/week in the Memphis office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands on ServiceNow administration experience.
• 3+ years of team or supervisor experience.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITSM, etc.) are strong assets.
• Additional IT certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Security+ are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure platform health through monitoring, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to the ServiceNow team.
• Coordinate workload, prioritize requests, and ensure timely incident, problem, and enhancement resolution.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and Stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs.
