Job summary

Union Tank Car Company & Procor is seeking an Organizational Change Leader to drive enterprise ERP transformation and org-wide change initiatives. You will partner with HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to define and execute a comprehensive change strategy that minimizes disruption, accelerates proficiency, and realizes business benefits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s and 10+ years of OCM experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft 365 and change management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development or equivalent.
• 10+ years in organizational change management for large-scale transformations, ERP or enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience with multi-site operations and integration programs.
• Mastery of OCM methods (Prosci/ADKAR, stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change planning, communications, training).
• Strong facilitation, executive influence and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the change workstream for the ERP program and governance.
• Map stakeholders and coach leaders to model change.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness plans.
• Develop executive and field communications plans and toolkits.
• Stand up change networks and support testing, UAT, and go-live adoption.
• Define adoption KPIs and connect to the ERP business case.
