• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• User-centered mindset with empathy for employee experience during change.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end change planning and delivery for small to medium initiatives or defined workstreams within larger programs.
• Contribute to change strategies aligned to business objectives, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
• Conduct or support change impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and adoption considerations.
• Maintain change plans, stakeholder maps, and tracking tools.
• Partner with program teams, communications, and stakeholders to gather inputs and align on change activities.
• Prepare sponsor and manager enablement materials (talking points, FAQs, toolkits).
• Draft and coordinate change communications, ensuring clarity and audience suitability.
• Support engagement activities such as town halls and surveys.
• Support training and enablement efforts to reinforce new behaviors.
