Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a skilled Organizational Change Manager to support modernization initiatives in federal government contexts. The role focuses on readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and adoption activities to ensure smooth transitions to redesigned processes and operating models.

You will conduct impact assessments, develop engagement strategies, and create adoption plans and readiness materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related discipline.
Five years of organizational change management experience.
Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Prosci or ADKAR certification is nice to have.

Job description

Support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and adoption efforts associated with business process modernization initiatives
Help ensure successful adoption of redesigned processes and operating models
Conduct change impact assessments for business and technology transformations
Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
Create adoption plans, training materials, and readiness assessments
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings
Measure adoption effectiveness and identify change risks
Support leadership communications and executive briefings
Develop change metrics and readiness indicators
Gather stakeholder feedback and recommend adoption improvements
Assist with implementation planning and transition activities
Work from client office in Washington, DC and Guidehouse office in Tyson's Corner, VA

Requirements

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related discipline
Five (5) years of organizational change management experience
Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Experience developing training and stakeholder engagement materials
Prosci, ADKAR, or Change Management certification is nice to have
Federal government consulting experience is nice to have
Experience supporting technology modernization or digital transformation programs is nice to have
Experience with business process improvement initiatives is nice to have
Experience supporting executive stakeholders is nice to have

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies to support business process modernization initiatives. Proficient in developing training materials, adoption plans, and measuring change effectiveness within federal government contexts.
