Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and adoption efforts tied to business process modernization initiatives.

You will conduct change impact assessments, develop engagement strategies, create adoption plans and training materials, facilitate workshops, measure adoption, and align leadership communications.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust prior to onboarding.
• Must be a US citizen due to client requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related discipline.
• Five years of organizational change management experience.
• Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience developing training and stakeholder engagement materials.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and adoption efforts associated with business process modernization initiatives.
• Help ensure successful adoption of redesigned processes and operating models.
• Conduct change impact assessments for business and technology transformations.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Create adoption plans, training materials, and readiness assessments.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings.
• Measure adoption effectiveness and identify change risks.
• Support leadership communications and executive briefings.
• Develop change metrics and readiness indicators.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and recommend adoption improvements.
• Assist with implementation planning and transition activities.
