Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Organizational Change Management Specialist to support a DoS bureau in managing technological and organizational transitions. You will shape change strategies, deliver targeted communications, and coordinate enterprise-wide change impacts across posts and leadership teams.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years in change management; familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR is desired.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance is required.
• Experience supporting communications and change management initiatives.
• Ability to lead change activities across multiple bureaus and posts.

Responsibilities

• Translate change strategies into structured plans, timelines, and workstreams.
• Develop communications products (messages, briefs, visuals) for program updates.
• Identify impacts and document key considerations for planning.
• Coordinate mitigation activities and align stakeholders.
• Build executive-level presentations for decision-ready insights.
• Monitor progress with trackers and surface interdependencies.
• Create user-focused training materials with SMEs.
• Assess adoption using data and feedback for improvement.
