• Experience driving adoption, engagement, or behavioral change.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
• Strong creative problem-solving and execution skills.
• Must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC and able to work in a hybrid environment.
