Job summary

UKG is seeking an experienced change management professional to shape how change comes to life across strategic technology and business transformation initiatives. You will lead change planning, enablement content creation, and training delivery to drive adoption across multiple programs.

In this role, you’ll partner with SMEs to translate updates into clear materials, design role-based enablement, and monitor adoption metrics to refine program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, HR, IT, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in change management, enablement, training, organizational development, or technology implementation support.
• Experience supporting technology or process transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing training materials and enablement resources.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, matrixed environments.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enablement assets including training materials, user guides, toolkits, job aids, FAQs, SharePoint sites, and self-service resources.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions (live, virtual, or on-demand).
• Develop role-based enablement approaches tailored to different employee audiences.
• Support change champion or super‑user networks and feedback loops.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust enablement strategies to improve engagement and utilization.
