Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, Mission Readiness Systems & Process to design and optimize deployment frameworks for global fielding, sustainment and mission support. You will drive scalable workflows and end-to-end coordination across engineering, product, deployment operations, and technical operations.

The role requires leadership of a high-growth, high-stakes team and a track record of implementing complex deployment systems in a global environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or operations field.
• Experience leading large-scale deployments and customer-facing deployments.
• Proven ability to design scalable deployment systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize deployment processes with scalable, standardized workflows across global deployments.
• Lead the integration of ERP, WMS, TMS, and other platforms to boost deployment effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align deployment strategies with business needs.
