Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior People Program Manager to scale leadership development, team coaching, and manager effectiveness programs. Currently running pilots, you will build a roadmap and operationalize a centralized offering that serves the entire company.

Partner with People leadership to define future state, plan the path, and execute relentlessly. You will be equal parts strategist and operator, presenting program outcomes to senior leadership and facilitating team offsites.

Formación

• 10+ years in people development, leadership development, organizational development, or program management in People/HR.
• Experience deploying leadership or manager development programs at scale in a large, matrixed org.
• Executive presence to present to senior leaders; strong facilitation skills.
• Strong PM instincts; ability to build structure in ambiguity and drive cross-functional work.
• Data-informed with ability to translate feedback into investments and actions.

Responsabilidades

• Own transition from pilot to scale for leadership and people development programs.
• Build multi-year program roadmap for centralized leadership development by 2027.
• Serve as primary operator and project manager using briefs, trackers, and stakeholder comms.
• Evaluate pilots with qualitative and quantitative data to determine value.
• Identify tech solutions from coaching platforms to LMS to accelerate scale.
• Facilitate onsite and offsite experiences; lead portions of sessions when needed.
• Present strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership with clarity.
• Partner with People org and business leaders to tailor offerings and gain buy-in.
• Scope resourcing model for facilitators, coaches, or vendors.
