Job summary

Communications Collaborative in Boston is seeking a Business Line Communications Consultant for a 12+ month contract onsite 1-2 days per week. You will partner with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to craft communications around change, operating model shifts, and employee impact.

Qualifications

Experience in business-line communications or strategic internal communications.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR leadership.
Experience communicating organizational changes that affect employees, teams, structures, or operations.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership and HR Partners on sensitive employee communications.
Support communications related to operating model changes and strategic direction.
Translate complex decisions into clear, concise employee messages.
Advise leaders on communication strategy, timing, risks, and audience considerations.
Prepare written communications: leadership messages, FAQs, memos, and presentations.
Collaborate with leaders to ensure communications align with decisions and employee impact.
