Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise transformation, organizational change, strategic communications or a combination of these disciplines, with significant leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change through complex enterprise transformations, restructuring, operating model redesign or large-scale productivity initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation change and communications.
• Translate complex transformation priorities into clear narratives, stakeholder engagement strategies and actionable change plans.
• Serve as a trusted adviser to ETO leadership and senior executives on navigating organizational change.
• Integrate communications, leadership engagement, employee readiness, adoption and stabilization activities to create a coordinated transformation experience.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs, organizational risks and execution barriers, developing proactive strategies to address emerging challenges.
