You will collaborate with agile teams, develop engagement plans, and contribute to behavioral insights within a Center of Expertise that emphasizes internal marketing and enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management roles (consulting or project management a plus).
• Experience in agile operating models preferred.
• Exposure to behavioral science or related disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute change strategies for digital products to drive adoption.
• Develop stakeholder assessments and engagement plans to mitigate risks.
