Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Change Management and Communications professional to support digital workforce experiences. You will work with agile product teams to shape how BCG employees adopt new digital tools, and to drive adoption with targeted communications and training.

You will partner with CoE colleagues to apply best practices, measure behavioral KPIs, and ensure smooth internal change across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a dedicated change management role (consulting and/or project management-based experience a significant plus).
• Change management certification a plus.
• Experience operating in an agile operating model preferred.
• Exposure to behavioural science or related disciplines, with interest in developing expertise further.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategies for digital products to drive adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop engagement plans to mitigate risks.
• Create strategic user-focused communications and training content.
• Collaborate with agile squads to align roadmaps with change needs.
