Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management consultant to lead OCM strategies for business transformations, conducting stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and readiness reviews. You will design communications and engagement plans to promote adoption and sustainment across projects.

You will collaborate with leadership and technical teams, develop training materials, monitor adoption metrics, and support executive sponsors throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in organizational change management, communications, or workforce transformation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies for business process, technology, and organizational transformations.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify impacted groups and develop engagement strategies.
• Perform change impact and readiness assessments to guide transition planning.
• Create communications, stakeholder engagement activities, and training materials to promote adoption and sustainment.
• Monitor adoption metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
