Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communications Senior Consultant to lead engagement execution, stakeholder management, and development of change readiness materials across client projects in the public and private sectors.

You will guide teams, deliver communications and collateral, prepare executive briefings, and track program metrics while advancing Guidehouse methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of change management experience with a lead capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels, including MS PowerPoint with custom visuals.
• Ability to work in a team and prioritize resources and time effectively.
• Experience implementing technology systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday).
• Communications collateral creation through a human-centered design lens (HCD).
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Experience leading client engagements or work streams, potentially overseeing junior staff.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist in delivery of engagement activities and manage deliverables.
• Lead one or more tasks or work streams within a client engagement, overseeing contributions.
• Develop strategies to solve complex OCM challenges for clients.
• Lead content creation for stakeholder engagement: what's in it for me, why it matters, how it’s done, and program status.
• Communicate with all levels of the organization and prepare engaging briefings for executives.
• Track and report status of change programs, including risks and metrics.
• Support development and continuous improvement of Guidehouse methodologies and tools.
• Participate in business development activities such as proposals and whitepapers.
