Unisys is seeking an OCM Sr Analyst to drive organizational change initiatives by blending strategic planning with hands-on design across client and internal teams. You will leverage emerging technologies to support smooth transitions and measurable impact.

You will lead OCM strategies, create engaging graphics with Adobe CC, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure readiness, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in organizational change management roles.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics and content creation.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies for business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies and frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and implementation of OCM strategies and plans.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to design engaging communications and training materials.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies for OCM improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OCM with project plans.
• Develop and manage graphics for OCM communications and digital content.
• Provide support to the Service Desk for OCM inquiries and issues.
• Contribute to solutions management with innovative OCM ideas.
• Support strategy development for organizational development initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of OCM interventions.
