Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Director Communications Associate HR Transformation to lead internal communications for enterprise transformation and other priority initiatives. You translate complex organizational and technology changes into clear messages for leaders and associates, guiding readiness and adoption.

You will partner with senior leaders across HR, IT and operations to align messaging, develop leader materials, FAQs, scripts and town halls, and coach teams to deliver consistent

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate communications experience.
• Significant experience in consumer brands, retail or related services with understanding of brands and customers.
• Proven ability to lead multiple interdependent communications workstreams across organizational or workforce change.
• Outstanding writing, storytelling and message-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications across transformation initiatives, aligning messages with enterprise strategy.
• Translate complex changes into clear messaging, leader cascades, FAQs, scripts and associate content.
• Develop communications that drive awareness, readiness, adoption and measurable change.
• Create executive/leadership communications, including town halls and talking points.
