Job summary

Aristocrat seeks an experienced Internal & Change Communications Director to lead global change messaging within our Internal Communications team. You will shape the strategic narrative and craft communications that inform, engage, and align colleagues across the enterprise.

You will partner with People & Culture and senior leaders to develop enterprise-wide change communications, crisis plans, and targeted campaigns that strengthen culture and support transformation initiatives worldwide.

Qualifications

Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
10+ years in Corporate Affairs or Communications leadership, with international experience.
Proven track record in internal comms strategy and employee engagement.
Ability to craft enterprise-wide change narratives and executive messaging.

Responsibilities

Lead communications for major organizational changes and executive messaging across functions.
Develop and implement an internal communications plan for the enterprise and group functions.
Advise leaders and partners on change communications across the global enterprise.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent, effective change messaging.
