Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Director of Communications to lead internal communications for enterprise transformation and priority initiatives. You will translate complex organizational changes into clear messaging, develop leader materials, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.

The role partners with senior leaders, shaping executive communications, town halls and associate content. A strategic, hands-on leader will guide a fast-paced, cross‑functional program and coach others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate communications experience.
• Significant CPG, retail, foodservice or related sales/marketing services experience.
• Proven success leading multiple interdependent communications workstreams across organizational, technology, operating model or workforce change.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling and message-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications across concurrent transformation initiatives.
• Translate complex business and people changes into clear messaging, leader cascades, FAQs, scripts and toolkits.
• Develop communications to support awareness, readiness, adoption and behavior change with measures of effectiveness.
• Create executive communications including town halls, talking points and presentations.
• Counsel senior leaders on sensitive communications and drive timely decisions.
• Coordinate messaging with Transformation, HR, IT, Operations and leaders to ensure consistency.
• Manage internal content planning, channels, projects and external partners.
• Coach team members and contribute to communications capability development.
