Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure seeks an experienced Internal & Change Communications Director to lead major organizational changes and executive messaging across our global enterprise. You will partner with People & Culture and business leaders to craft strategic narratives and rollout change communications across regions.

You will build and execute an enterprise-wide communications plan, advise senior leaders, and ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with transformation priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in Corporate Affairs and/or Communications leadership roles.
• Proven track record in internal communications strategies that drive transformation and engagement.
• Ability to develop and own the strategic narrative for enterprise-wide change.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications for major organizational changes, transformation initiatives, and executive messaging across multiple functions.
• Develop and execute an internal communications plan for the enterprise and group functions.
• Collaborate with leaders to advise on change communications and rollout across the global enterprise.
• Provide communications advice to leaders and act as the Communications Business Partner for leadership teams.
• Craft crisis communications plans, including messaging and executive preparation.
• Build content and verify the effectiveness of communications channels (Ally, Viva Engage, LinkedIn).
• Coordinate employee events and global employee programs to keep colleagues connected and informed.
