Job summary

WSP is seeking a Change & Transformation Analyst to join the US Transformation Office. You will coordinate priority initiatives, translate strategy into actionable plans, and support governance across the US organization.

The role focuses on practical change delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of Transformation Office tools and processes. You will work with program leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure disciplined delivery, readiness, and adoption

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years in operations, change, or transformation management.
Clear and engaging written and verbal communication.
Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to translate strategy into practical plans and actionable steps.
Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

Support planning, coordinating and tracking transformation initiatives across the US portfolio.
Assist with change strategies, plans and interventions.
Identify organizational impacts, adoption risks and dependencies.
Maintain change plans, readiness assessments and stakeholder engagement activities.
Draft change communications and support learning materials and readiness.
