Job summary

Meta Resources Group is seeking a Change Management Analyst / Specialist to support change management, communications, training, and business readiness across a high-visibility program. The role emphasizes execution, coordination, and stakeholder engagement to drive go-live readiness.

The incumbent will coordinate communications, manage SharePoint sites, and work with business teams to map SOP impacts and assign process owners, ensuring regulatory and operational SOPs are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work-streams and deliverables.
• Experience maintaining SharePoint sites and handling distribution/stakeholder contact lists.
• Ability to track risks, dependencies, and readiness activities related to SOPs and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across business and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Support communications planning, development, distribution, and tracking.
• Coordinate communication reviews, approvals, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Schedule and coordinate OCM, communications, and training meetings.
• Support role mapping activities and related documentation.
• Manage and maintain Change, Training, and OCM SharePoint sites.
• Coordinate user lists, distribution lists, and stakeholder contact lists.
• Track OCM action items, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Work with business teams to identify SOPs impacted by the project.
• Identify and track process owners responsible for updating SOPs.
• Monitor progress of SOP updates and approvals.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational SOPs required for go-live are completed on time.
• Escalate risks and gaps that could impact business readiness.
