Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Lead to translate strategy into a transparent portfolio view and drive prioritization, sequencing, and delivery across Transformation Office initiatives.

You will partner with Finance, Technology, Change, Analytics, and business leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise goals, manage governance, and provide decision-ready materials for executives. A PMP/CAPM/PfMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; focus in portfolio, program, project, strategy, or transformation credentials preferred.
• Six years of experience in enterprise portfolio management, strategic planning, transformation, program management, or enterprise PMO required.
• PM/CapM/ PfMP PgMP preferred; change management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns enterprise portfolio intake, planning, governance, and performance routines.
• Maintains an integrated transformation roadmap and manages dependencies across initiatives.
• Designs portfolio review routines, stage gates, and governance calendars.
• Provides decision-ready materials for executives and governance forums.
• Tracks portfolio health, risks, issues, and value realization.
