Job summary

All In One Accounting, headquartered in the Minneapolis area, seeks a strategic Professional Services CFO to own relationships with a diverse client book and provide executive-level financial leadership to firms across industries. You will lead a delivery team and partner with BD to drive retention and growth.

The successful candidate will manage realization, utilization, NPS, and growth while shaping long-term financial plans and capital allocations for client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field; CPA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Proven success in executive-level financial advisory and client ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full book of professional service clients including realization and growth.
• Serve as primary strategic advisor to owners and executive teams.
• Develop long-range cash forecasts and capital allocation recommendations.
• Lead financial modeling for pricing, utilization, and growth scenarios.
• Support M&A diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning.
• Escalate issues proactively to Managing Director and drive outcomes.
