Job summary

All In One Accounting is seeking a strategic Manufacturing CFO to own client relationships and provide executive financial leadership to builders and manufacturers. You will report to the Managing Director, lead a team of accountants, and drive realization, NPS, retention, and growth across your book.

You will guide financial strategy, bonding, project financing, and cash flow, while upholding EOS principles and LMA accountability for your delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership with construction industry experience.
• Exceptional executive communication with owners, lenders, and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationships for a book of construction clients with accountability for outcomes.
• Lead and develop the delivery team, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Provide strategic financial leadership including project financing, WIP, and cash flow.
• Deliver CFO services and partner with Managing Director and BD to grow the book.
