The Fountainhead Group is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in New York Mills, NY. This executive leadership role oversees finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and risk management to drive profitable growth.

The CFO partners with the President and operations teams, guiding strategic investments in ERP, AI initiatives, and financial analytics while ensuring rigorous financial controls and reporting across multiple sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Experience leading finance in manufacturing; ERP and AI initiatives experience valued.
• Strong cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to the President and executive team.
• Provide financial analysis supporting strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and capital investments.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning processes.
• Oversee GAAP compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Mentor and develop the Finance team and drive continuous improvement.
