Job summary

All In One Accounting, Inc. is seeking a strategic nonprofit CFO to own a book of client relationships and provide executive financial leadership to mission-driven organizations.

You will lead a team of Senior Controllers, Controllers, and Accountants, guiding financial strategy and ensuring outcomes align with each client's objectives. You will drive EOS accountability, board and ED communications, grant strategy, and long-range cash planning, building trusted partnerships with auditors,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with nonprofits.
• Experience in multi-client CAS environment and executive advisory.
• Deep nonprofit GAAP, fund accounting, and grant compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage relationships with boards.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships including budgeting, NPS, retention, and growth.
• Lead and develop the accounting delivery team to meet client needs.
• Present financial analyses and strategic plans to boards and EDs.
• Develop cash forecasts, grant strategies, and funding scenarios.
• Ensure accuracy of financials and EOS-based accountability.
