Qualifikationen

• 20+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• 7–10 years in a senior executive finance role.
• Experience leading finance in a large, growing organization (preferably $1B+).
• Proven ability to scale financial operations, systems, and teams through growth or transformation.
• Hands-on treasury management, capital planning, debt financing, and real estate finance including leases and acquisitions.
• Proven track record working with Boards, Finance Committees, and executive leadership.
• Experience leading accounting, internal controls, audit readiness, compliance, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to modernize financial systems and drive process improvements.
• Experience building and leading a high-performing finance team.
