Job summary

All In One Accounting seeks a Managing Director to own and lead the Professional Services Practice, serving accounting and advisory clients nationwide. You will set practice direction, lead CFOs, own client outcomes, and manage the full P&L of the unit.

You will drive growth through strategic partnerships, supervise talent development, and ensure utilization and revenue recognition standards are met across the team. This is a senior, ownership-focused role offering broad impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 12–15+ years of progressive accounting/financial leadership experience in professional services.
• Experience leading multi-client or CAS environments preferred.
• Proven track record of LMA—leading, managing, and holding teams accountable to outcomes.
• Familiarity with EOS framework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L of the Professional Services Practice; manage revenue, costs and profitability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of CFOs and professional service staff.
• Set direction, drive growth, and ensure client outcomes across the practice.
• Partner with Talent for hiring decisions and career development within the team.
• Build external reputation and strategic partnerships within the professional services sector.
