All In One Accounting in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Senior Accountant to independently manage complex client work within our Professional Services practice, linking financial data to the decisions that drive utilization, realization, billing efficiency, and cash flow.

The Successful Candidate will have 6+ years of accounting experience in a multi-client CAS environment, a Bachelor's degree in accounting, strong communication with business owners, and the ability to mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience is required.
• 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a CAS environment.
• Deep understanding of service-based billing, utilization, and revenue recognition.
• Strong ability to manage complex client work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of complex professional service clients with minimal oversight.
• Lead revenue recognition processes for multi-service-line billing models including retainer, hourly, and subscription structures.
• Manage billing reconciliations and invoicing accuracy across multiple client engagements.
• Assist in preparation and review of monthly financial statements with variance analysis.
• Drive accounts receivable management including aging and collections strategy.
