All In One Accounting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to independently manage complex client work within our Professional Services practice.

You’ll provide strategic financial perspective to service-based business owners, oversee revenue recognition, and mentor team members while aligning client accounting with cash flow and forecasting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of accounting experience with meaningful professional services exposure.
• Deep understanding of service-based billing structures, utilization metrics, realization rates, and revenue recognition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client owners.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of complex professional service clients with minimal oversight.
• Lead revenue recognition processes for multi-service-line billing models including retainer, hourly, and subscription structures.
• Manage billing reconciliations and invoicing accuracy across multiple client engagements.
• Assist in preparation and review of monthly financial statements with variance analysis.
• Drive accounts receivable management including aging analysis and collections strategy.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements to drive efficiency.
